Super Salad

The Ultimate Nacho Salad *

INGREDIENTS

Ice berg lettuce (chopped)

1 medium carrot (julienne cut)

1 red bell pepper (julienne cut)

20 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)

2 medium cucumbers

  (peeled and diced into cubes)

2 small cucumbers in brine (julienne cut)

1/2 medium red onion (half moon cut)

1/2 lb polish krakus ham (julienne cut)

1/2 lb swiss cheese (julienne cut)

5 Tbsp. No.1 Meat Sauce Dip

Combine all the ingredients together

and top it off with No.1

Serves: 4

 

INGREDIENTS

Ice berg lettuce (head)

25 cherry tomatoes

1 lb. ground beef

1/4 package Doritos (nacho cheese)

1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup No.1 Sauce

Chop the lettuce into small pieces.

Fry the ground beef until well done (no spices required).

Dice the cherry tomatoes in half.

Add Chips

Add No.1 Sauce and mix ingredients.

 

Serves: 5

Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS

3 large potatoes

1/2 lb. smoked bacon

1 large onion

1 small bunch green onion

1 cup No.1 Sauce

 

Boil the potatoes. Once potatoes are cool, peel them and dice into cubes. Set aside

Dice bacon with onion into cubes and fry in the pan.

Take green onion and chop it into small pieces. Set aside.

Once all of the ingredients are cold, place them into the bowl, add sauce and mix well.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Ice berg lettuce (chopped)

1 medium carrot (julienne cut)

1 red bell pepper (julienne cut)

2 plum tomatoes (diced)

1/2 medium cucumber (diced)

2-3 slices feta cheese (diced into cubes)

2-4 radish (julienne cut)

1/2 shallot onion (half moon cut)

2 slices (1/4" thick) hard salami (diced into cubes)

2 tsp. spoons capers

2 tsp. olive oil

5 tbsp. No.1 Sauce

 

Combine and mix all ingredients together and top it with No.1 Sauce

 

Serves: 4

     Mediterranean Salad 

INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground beef

5 sliced chopped bacon

8 ice berg lettuce leaves

1 red bell pepper

1 cup BBQ sauce

salt & pepper to taste

cheddar cheese (1-tsp)

1 tbsp ketchup

1 (8oz) can red kidney beans

 

Wash lettuce leaves with cold water, dry with paper towel  and set aside in a bowl.

 

Into a frying pan over medium heat, add beef, chopped red bell pepper and chopped bacon. Cook until beef is well browned for 7-9 minutes. Add BBQ sauce and red beans (make sure to drain beans from water before adding them to the pan) for another 3-4 minutes. Lastly add salt, pepper and ketchup. 

 

Fill each lettuce leaf with the mixture , top it with shredded cheddar cheese and place on serving dish.

 

Serves: 2

     Lettuce Wrap 

     Broccoli Salad 

INGREDIENTS

1 head broccoli

6-8 slices chooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup red onion, chopped

1/2 cup raisins or dried

      sweetened cranberries

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 

 

Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp white vinegar

2 tbsp sugar

salt and ground black pepper to taste

(mix all ingredients together)

 

Broccoli florets cut into half inch pieces and place in large bowl.

Add crumbled bacon, onion, raisins and walnuts. Add dressing and mix all items together. Serve
